Welcome to ICKSE

2018 4th International Conference on Knowledge and Software Engineering (ICKSE 2018) will be held in Istanbul, Turkey during March 24-26, 2018. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from both the industry and the academia to share their newest research findings and results. ICKSE is also the annual meeting of IJKE editorial board, so it also serves to bring authors and editors of IJKE together to communciate face to face and discuss chances for possible cooperation.

Option 1: Publication in Conference Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Option 2: Publication in IJKE. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and IJKE editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Knowledge Engineering, which will be indexed by Proquest, Google Scholar, etc.


Option 3: Publication in IJMLC. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and IJMLC Editorial Board, and accepted papers will be published in International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing, which will be indexed by Google Scholar, Crossref, ProQuest, EI (INSPEC, IET), Scopus (Since 2017), etc.


Option 4: For those  who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference for oral presentation only, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.

Please submit your full paper/abstract to us via the Electronic Submission System. And the conference secretary will contact you on receipt of your paper, your paper will be given an ID and undergo the review of technical committee.


How to attend the conference

First, you need to choose which role you intend to play at the conference, if you plan to present a paper at the conference, you could register as an author or an presenter. If you don't have a paper, you can register as a listener.

Bascialy, the first day is all about registration, the second day will include invited speeches in the morning, and authors presentations in panel sessions in the afternoon, and the third day will be arranged with one-day tour or an academic visit to a local univeristy.
